Jeffrey P. Moon, Alamo City Chapter

Jeffrey P. "Jeff" Moon is assigned to the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff Resource Management/G8, US Army Medical Command, Joint Base San Antonio,Texas. He has over 35 years of financial and program management operational experience at various unit, activity, and major command levels, and holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Norwich University and graduate degrees in engineering and business administration from Virginia Tech and Golden Gate University.

John McKee, Land of Lincoln Chapter

Mr. McKee began his DoD career in 1987 as a Palace Acquire intern, and is now the Lead Cost Analyst for Air Mobility Command at Scott AFB, IL.  He has worked principally in cost analysis, but has also worked in operations & maintenance and working capital fund budgets.  His training has included the Professional Military Comptroller Course, Air Command & Staff College (seminar), and the Executive Leadership Development Program.  He earned a Master's degree from Webster University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate from the University of Phoenix.

Lt Col Steven Minkin, Aloha Chapter

Lt Col Minkin is the Chief of Financial Analysis for Pacific Air Forces at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. He holds a Doctorate in Management from University of Phoenix, and has been published in both domestic and international journals. He as served in the Air Force for 22 years in a variety of capacities to include wing, MAJCOM and Air Staff positions. Lt Col Minkin currently serves as the President of the Aloha Chapter of ASMC in Honolulu Hawaii.
